-----------------------------WELCOME TO BEST MANOR

HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION -------------------------

Board Corner

Hello everyone.  Any progress towards improving our community is not a spectator sport. We really need you to get involved!  Because the Best Manor HOA relies on volunteerism to keep the organization going, we continue to look for individuals to help out. We need volunteers to attend monthly meetings, write articles for the newsletter, help develop an emergency preparedness plan, and help revitalize the neighborhood watch program among many other items.

At this point, there are only five active board members who carry the bulk of our efforts. But we continue to be stretched really thin and need your help. Please call 510-633-9702 or e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it if you want to be part of the solution.

Mission Statement

The Best Manor Homeowners Association is a volunteer organization whose main mission is to foster a sense of community while working toward common goals that improve our neighborhood.   We are not a homeowners association in the traditional sense as we do not have CC&R’s, so the payment of dues is voluntary.

We represent approximately 650 households from Arroyo Avenue to Belleview Drive between East 14th Street and San Leandro Boulevard.
